Is the offer guaranteed?
Your offer is based on the information you provide and is confirmed after a final inspection and verification of ownership and lien details. If the inspection finds undisclosed damage, mechanical problems or modifications, we'll discuss any adjustment with you before anything is finalized.
Do you buy vehicles with accident history?
Yes, we review every submission. Accident history is one of many factors we consider along with model, mileage, repair quality and market demand, so please tell us what you know and we'll take it from there.
I still owe money on my car. Can I sell it?
Yes. We verify the lien and payout amount with your lender, pay the lender directly and pay you the remaining agreed amount.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment is processed once the inspection is done, the final price is agreed and the paperwork is complete. We will not take possession of the vehicle until you confirm the funds have been received in your bank account.
I'm not near Newmarket. Do you still buy?
Yes, we purchase vehicles from sellers across Canada. For customers farther away we may ask for photos and videos first and, where appropriate, send a representative to you.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing is required to submit your vehicle. If we move forward, we'll let you know which ownership documents, ID and lien information are needed. We never ask for banking details in the online form.
Do I need a CARFAX report?
No. If you already have a CARFAX Canada report you can share the link with us, but it isn't required.
